3.1 Quotation Process

All quotations provided by Sustax are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, specifications, and market conditions.

3.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed purchase agreement and required deposits. Sustax reserves the right to accept or decline any order based on production capacity and technical feasibility.

3.3 Minimum Order Requirements

Given our focus on serving clients with annual procurement volumes exceeding $50 million, minimum order quantities may apply for certain products and customization services.

4.1 Quality Standards

All Sustax products undergo rigorous testing including water tightness tests, stacking tests, vertical tests, lateral pressure tests, and penetration tests. Our quality control process follows ISO 9001 standards.

4.2 Certifications and Compliance

Our products comply with CE, ISO9001, UL, and SGS international certification standards. Raw materials meet RoHS and REACH environmental standards, and products conform to Energy Star energy efficiency requirements.

4.3 Warranty Coverage

Sustax provides warranty coverage for structural integrity and manufacturing defects. Warranty terms vary by product type and are specified in individual purchase agreements.

5.1 Delivery Terms

Delivery schedules are provided upon order confirmation and may vary based on product specifications, customization requirements, and destination. Sustax works with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe transportation.

5.2 Installation Services

Where applicable, Sustax provides installation supervision and technical support. Installation services are subject to additional terms and may require separate agreements.

5.3 Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the specified location, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.1 Payment Schedule

Payment terms are specified in individual purchase agreements and typically include deposit requirements upon order confirmation and balance payments according to agreed milestones.

6.2 Currency and Methods

Payments are accepted in major international currencies. Acceptable payment methods include wire transfers, letters of credit, and other mutually agreed financial instruments.

6.3 Late Payment

Late payments may result in delivery delays and may incur additional charges as specified in purchase agreements.

7.1 Sustax IP Rights

Sustax owns multiple invention patents and proprietary designs. All intellectual property rights in our products, designs, and technologies remain the exclusive property of Sustax.

7.2 Customer Designs

For custom design projects, intellectual property ownership will be specified in individual agreements. Sustax respects customer proprietary information and maintains strict confidentiality.

Sustax's liability is limited to the value of the specific product or service in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability for any claim related to products or services shall not exceed the purchase price paid for such products or services.

Sustax shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or other force majeure events.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or related transactions shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or competent courts as specified in individual agreements.
